I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for all your help, support and the wonderful treatment I have received over the past 4 years. Thanks to your unfailing determinedness to resolve my wrist issues I can now once again drive a car, cycle, play sport and do a multitude of things which at one point seemed highly unlikely.
